Return & Exchange Policy

All returned items must be in original, unused condition. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange, please email info@gssportsus.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

• Sales and clearance items are final sale

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all bats and shoes

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Any additional shipping costs for exchanges are also the customer’s responsibility

• Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to be processed once the return is received

We do everything we can to ensure your order is correct the first time. If an error occurs on our end, we will gladly exchange the item and cover all associated shipping costs.
