Refund policy

Sales and Closeout, or custom apparel items are FINAL sale. Any returned items must be in original condition. Returns must be made within 30 days. Please contact us at info@gssportsus.com with your order # and reason for return or exchange. There is a 20% restocking fee on bats, and 15% on accessories and apparel. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please give us 5-7 business day to issue refund. We do everything we can to get your order correct the first time. However if we do make a mistake on our end we will gladly exchange the item for you and cover any potential shipping costs.
